7 days Return Policy
Our return policy allows you to return the Product purchased by you directly directly from xgimi.com.hk during the 7days period following date of shipment. If the Product is returned sealed (shrink wrap unbroken), unused, undamaged, in its original condition and in the original packaging in accordance wit this policy, we will exchange it or offer a refund of the purchase price paid, which refund will be made by crediting the account used to make the original purchase. Please do contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org in advance. Customer will be requested to provide a digital photo proof of the Products he wished to return.
All Products must be packed in the original, unopened and unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation.
Shipping and handling charges, and taxes paid (e.g., state, customs, VAT) are not refundable. You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to Products while in transit to Xgimi.com.hk address. Xgimi.com.hk returns the right to either refuse delver of such return if without proper packaging. Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for Xgimi.com.hk to credit the account used to make the original purchase.
In case of any dispute, the decision of Xgimi.com.hk shall be final.
One Year Limited Warranty
Xgimi.com.hk warrants the XGIMI projectors against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 1 year from the date of retail purchase by the original purchaser (“Warranty Period”). Under this limited Warranty, if a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received and approved by Xgimi.com.hk within this Warranty Period – Xgimi.com.hk will replace the defective product with a new or refurbished Product.
To obtain warranty service please contact us at email@example.com. you will need to provide proof of purchase details before receiving warranty service. You will need to provide detailed proof of the defect or malfunction. You will be asked to provide a detailed explanation of the problem accompanied with photo and videos. Our tech support will initially try to help you solve the issue. Once after Tech support concludes and approves that item is damaged, you are required to send back damaged product and we will send a replacement to you.
